Rates and Reservations at Southwyck Farm

Main house:

single:$75 per night
double: $90 per night

Cottage (includes Whirlpool baths):

$125 per night

Prices include room and breakfast.

Gourmet Dinner Rates

Three-course casual:

$50 per couple

Four-course formal:

$60 per couple

Dinners are arranged upon request. Please let us know when you make your reservations that you would like dinner and we will prepare a meal especially for you. See our Dining page for more detailed information.

Note: All prices listed do not include tax.

We know there are times when commitments cannot be kept. We rely mainly on advanced reservations, and cancellations cannot be readily filled. Therefore, to be fair to all concerned, please note the following:

1. An advanced deposit of one night's rate, by credit card or check, is required within 7 days of reserving your room. A credit card may be used for deposit if there is insufficient time to mail a check. Balance of payment is due upon arrival.

2. In order to receive a refund of your deposit, we must receive your cancellation at least 7 days prior to the 4:00 p.m. check-in time on your scheduled arrival date.
